March 7, 2015 – Detectives from the Citrus Heights Police Department’s Investigative Services Division identified a suspect in the shooting which occurred in the 6500 block of Greenback Ln. Through the investigation it was determined the victim and suspect were known to each other.
The suspect was identified as Luther Frazier (34 years old) who is a Citrus Heights resident. Frazier was located and subsequently arrested and booked at the Sacramento County Jail for murder.
Due to the ongoing investigation, a photograph of the suspect (Frazier) will not be provided at this time.
