The City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 are available.
The ACFR presents the financial position and result of operations of the various funds of the City for the prior fiscal year. This report is intended to provide relevant financial information to the citizens of Citrus Heights, City staff, creditors, investors and other concerned readers. The City’s submitted Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for 23 consecutive years.
The PAFR is intended to provide our citizens with an easy-to-read explanation of the City's finances. It provides an overview of the City's financial condition for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 and a brief analysis of where the City's revenues are derived and where those dollars are spent. The city's Popular Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 has also been given an Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the third year in a row.
