The Holiday Referral Program is designed to help families who reside in Citrus Heights and have experience a recent hardship in the last year. Citrus Heights Police Department is proud to partner with many businesses, service clubs, community members, and schools to make this program a success. This is a referral program, so families must be nominated by friends, counselors, neighbors, teachers, etc. to be eligible for this program. Applications are being accepted November 1, 2019- November 15, 2019.
