The City of Citrus Heights receives an annual entitlement of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Each year, the city grants a portion of its CDBG funds to non-profit agencies to provide activities that benefit low- and moderate-income areas and/or persons. Applications are due Monday, July 29 no later than 4:00 PM. Tips and instructions are included in the application. Click here for word version of the 2020 CDBG Funding Application.
