Citrus Heights Collaborative Members,

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, on behalf of the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento, is requesting proposals from owners and developers interested in receiving Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) to serve homeless families/individuals.

The goal of this RFP is to increase the housing stock available for homeless families and individuals through awarding PBVs to a project with existing vacant housing units in a multifamily building(s).

The Request for Proposals solicitation document is available beginning Monday, October 5, 2020, through PlanetBids at: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=40356&BidID=77013. Click on the link for Project-Based Vouchers for Existing Housing for Homeless Families/Individuals.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. Pre-registration on Zoom is required: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88387276256?pwd=S0c3SVE5eGpzVjJHOFREc2xnalo2UT09

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend.
