The City of Citrus Heights is committed to providing transparent and accessible information to residents and businesses on the operations and progress of your local government.  The best practice of hosting an Annual State of the City address directly supports one of the City’s strategic goals: to enhance community vibrancy and engagement.

Beyond supporting a strategic goal, the State of the City address also serves to help our community connect with their city. Community surveys have shown that residents want to remain in the know and value government transparency.
