Operation Holiday Cheer: Sign Up to Help Families In Need

OHC News Flash 374x288

Operation Holiday Cheer (OHC), formerly known as "Holiday Referral Program," is a partnership between the City of Citrus Heights, the Citrus Heights Police Department, local service clubs, businesses, community members, and schools. Our community is entering our 13th year of providing assistance to Citrus Heights families who have experienced a hardship over the last year, through gift and meal giving!

OHC is entirely funded by generous donations from the community. We are currently seeking community involvement to adopt families and donate much-needed items such as gifts, gift cards, household supplies, and new, unwrapped toys for all ages. To sign up to donate or adopt a family, click here: http://citrusheights.net/FormCenter/Police-Department-24/Donate-andor-Adopt-a-Family-112.

Families who benefit from our program must be nominated by someone - neighbors, friends, counselors, teachers, etc. Self-referrals are not accepted. To refer a family in need, please click here: http://citrusheights.net/FormCenter/Police-Department-24/Operation-Holiday-Cheer-Application-Engl-108.

Applications for families in need are due on Sunday, November 14. Please note the other deadlines and important dates:
