PLEASE NOTE:   In order to minimize the spread of the COVID 19 virus, Governor Newsom has issued Executive Orders that temporarily suspend some requirements of the Brown Act.  Please be advised that the Council Chambers are closed to the public and that some, or all, Council Members may attend City Council meetings telephonically or otherwise electronically. The meeting will be held via webcast with NO PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR PUBLIC ATTENDANCE.

a) Adopt Resolution No. 2020-___, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Better Presentations Systems for the Community Center Audio Visual Equipment Replacement
b) Adopt Resolution No. 2020-___, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Lease for Purchase Agreement with Kingswood Leasing for the Community Center Audio Visual Equipment Replacement Funding
 

8. SUBJECT: Resolution Directing City Manager or Designee to Work with SACOG to Provide More Streamlined, Predictable, and Equitable Approach to Support Effective Capital Improvement Program Planning and Cost Effective Project Delivery

a) Conduct a Public Hearing for any and all persons having objections to the proposed collection of delinquent solid waste charges, penalties, and interest through the County tax roll
b) Adopt Resolution No. 2020-___, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, to Record Delinquent Solid Waste Charges on the Tax Roll
 

10. SUBJECT: Permanent Local Housing Allocation Funding Application

RECOMMENDATION: The Following is Recommended:
a) Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt a resolution to submit a Permanent Local Housing Allocation funding application for an estimated $1,876,554 over a five-year period
b) Adopt Resolution No. 2020-___, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Authorizing the Submission of the City’s Permanent Local Housing Allocation Funding Application and Accepting the Funds Pursuant to Certain Terms and Conditions
