The City of Citrus Heights is committed to providing high quality, economical, responsive city services to our community. This page outlines various development resources and incentives available to Citrus Heights businesses.

• One point of contact: Businesses will have one point of contact at the City of Citrus Heights to answer questions, monitor progress, and act as a liaison between City Departments and business owners
• Property search services: Economic Development offers assistance identifying available properties, land use and zoning information, as well as infrastructure information.
• Market Data: Economic Development offers a reporting database with demographic, drive time and market information. 
• Jump-start meetings: Are you in pre-development mode? We can provide jumpstart meetings with our Planning and Building Departments and other key City staff, designed to review your project and potential sites and give feedback.
• Project Coordination meetings: Are you further along in your project? The City hosts a standing bimonthly meeting to provide a high-level project review with every department and partner agency that has oversight of a project. Representatives include Planning, Building, Public Works, Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, applicable water agencies, utility agencies, and others.
