• Seismic Zone 3
  • Minimum Basic Wind Speed 75 mph
  • Exposure B: Residential Buildings
  • Exposure B: Commercial Buildings
  • Live Load: 20 psi
  • Soil Bearing Pressure: 1,000 psf (without soils report)
  • Climate Zone: 12
