The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting bids for a construction project known as Various Signalized Intersection Safety Improvements Project (Project #20-17-003). The work to be performed consists, in general, of modifications to existing traffic signals, new curb ramps, curbs, gutters, pedestrian median fencing and striping modifications at various locations in Citrus Heights. The bids are due Wednesday, November 18, 2020 by 3:00 PM. This is a re-bid of the project with the same name from April 2020. The project has minor changes, including a change to the pedestrian median fencing.

An electronic copy of the plans and specifications, Bid Documents, Agreement and other Contract Documents is available below at no cost. Bidders may also obtain the documents in paper format at the General Services Department, City Hall, 6360 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, California, with a nonrefundable charge of $50.00 for pick up and $65.00 for mailing. Please call 916-727-4770 or email to arrange for hard copy versions of the plans and specifications.

Each bidder is responsible for registering with the General Services Department for the plan-holder list to ensure prompt receipt of any addenda or other project related information. Each bidder is also responsible for checking the City's website for any updated information at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening.

The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $999,000.
