While sand bags and sand supplies are limited, sand bags are still available at City Hall, 6360 Fountain Square Dr., during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, until March 31. Self-Serve sand pile stations are located at City Hall and C-Bar-C Park, 8273 Oak Avenue, Citrus Heights. Bring your own shovel.
